We have actually used Blue Rental for years. Anytime we need a water slide for an event I call them!!! NEVER had a problem!! Chris Taylor goes above and beyond!!! WE made a mistake when placing an order a few weeks ago but Chris personally picked up our slide brought it to the event and set it up for us.!!! Amazing. Cannot recommend them enough!!

The worst I rented 4 tables and 40 chairs online for my daughter 2nd birthday. When i booked online i put my order for pick up because i didnt want to pay a $70 dollar delivery fee. I had someone call me the next day to confirm my online order, after confirming my order & dates was correct the person tells me what day my stuff will be delivered. I told the person" WAIT IM DOING PICK UP". the person then tells me that they no longer have a store front on the Service RD, that they just have an office in Theodore so the delivery comes with it.... i said oh okay well if it comes with it then yes you can deliver it. I was told they will drop it off Friday and she asked me where i would like them to leave the tables and chairs, I told her by the garage. So now its Friday and im waiting around all morning until 5pm i started calling the 2 number i had for them all day. no answers , 1 number was the office and 1 number is the number they called me on to confirm.. so Saturday is my baby party and still no chairs remind you I paid my deposit already so I kept calling the office phone then finally around 11am someone answer. I told them what was going on. They said my order was a pick and I told them the person name I talk to and what they had told me about the delivery coming with the order and asked if they could drop them off to the address and i need them to today (Saturday) by 1230 the guy said yes he would be in the way. Now while im still setting up my baby last minute party decorations my phone is on the table inside and I didn't hear it . So why when I go back to my phone I see a incoming call so I answer it , why this man calling me talking about i sent you a email about payment then he ask how I'm going to pay cash or card cause the delivery fee is $70. I told him I shouldn't have to pay a delivery fee because they lady I spoke with on the phone was responsible for that mistake all he said was well i dont know why she told you that im gone have to talk to her about that but your new total is blah blah blah! are you going to pay it. I told him I'll pay cash but I want be booking with you guys anymore. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I had the pleasure of working with Blue Rents for my last few events, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is top-notch, and I have to give a special shoutout to Brooke, the booking manager. She was absolutely awesome to work with! From start to finish, the team at Blue Rents made sure all my rental needs were taken care of. They were professional, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for my events. Not only that, but their rental selection is impressive. They have everything you could possibly need for any type of event. Plus, their prices are reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend Blue Rents for anyone planning an event or party. You won't be disappointed!

I was extremely disappointed and frankly appalled by the condition of the up-charged white padded foldable chairs I rented from Blue Rents. They were filthy—stained, grimy, and clearly never cleaned between rentals. Several had holes in the seats, and the overall appearance was unacceptable. I was too embarrassed to put them out for guests and didn’t have the time—or desire—to bleach and scrub 20 chairs before my event. For the price I paid, this was completely unacceptable. I’ve rented chairs from many companies over the years and have never encountered anything this neglected or poorly maintained. Blue Rents should be ashamed to offer these chairs for rent in their current condition. I have two stars because they were delivered and picked up on time, but the young man that picked them up didn’t engage with me at all.
