I used Big Thunder Events for our corporate family day and it was a 5/5 experience from start to finish. Getting a quote was easy, the set up was a breeze, and every employee was kind and efficient from start to finish. I was also very happy with the pricing. Everything we needed was available and affordable. I will 1000% be using them again for our next corporate event.

A great day was had and in a great part to Big Thunder. They arrived early for which we will be forever grateful. Gave us plenty of time to get set up. And, we’re here promptly to take it all down. Sadly, they had to do so after that heavens had opened up and all the ground was a soggy mess. We’re very respectful of our property and grounds. Everyone on the crew was very kind and friendly. This was for a Celebration of Life event and so glad we asked Big Thunder to help us with this special family moment

Big Thunder took care of my wife's graduation party. I had the dunk tank, a 22ft waterside that was wicked fast and a lot of fun, their party tent, and they catered the event with their amazing smoker trailer. The guys showed up and were extremely professional. The event was a lot of fun, the food was amazing. They really knocked it out of the park. Amazing crew and I would definitely use them again. It couldn't have been better

We had a fantastic birthday. The delivery guys were friendly, on time, and worked really hard to get a lot of things set up. We had some complications with connecting electricity and water, and they did everything to figure it out and did not leave until everything was Running and perfect. We had to leave the delivery team alone at the site and they were completely trustworthy. They even found a watch and money left behind by some kids, and they returned it to us. I especially commend, Jamon. He is fantastic. This is the second year he’s been assigned to our Event and he is outstanding.

We’ve had great experience working with Big Thunder Events. Their team is highly professional, punctual, and always ensures everything is set up and ready to go well before the event begins. The staff they send out are not only efficient but also incredibly respectful and kind, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!
