Very disappointed. We were supposed to get four carnival games and only got three, They were late and weren't set up when the carnival was supposed to start. The website says concessions including popcorn and cotton candy. They no longer do concessions. The website also says a prize booth. There was no prize booth, the kids got stickers. Will definitely not be booking them again.

Memorable day! Hired for a 6 year old birthday party and it was a hit! The crew arrived early to setup. The games were all clean and in perfect condition. The playlist they played from a large speaker kept the party going. The crew was great interacting with the kids and the 2 hour party was perfect!

Great for our Fall Festival this year. The team showed up and was very enthusiastic and just great with all of the kids. The games were fun and added to the festival experience as well!

We had Big Idea Carnival set up for our recent 20th anniversary party for my business. They were great to work with and the kids enjoyed the games! Set up was on time; they provided fun stickers for the kids when they won games; and they played great kids music as well! We will definitely use them again.

As the president of my schools PTA I hired Big Idea Backyard Carnival for an end of school year carnival. They were GREAT!! Despite traffic they got there right on time and set up super quickly and efficiently. We are a k-8 and had many different ages at the event and the staff was patient and understanding and encouraging of all The children in and age appropriate way for each one. I had numerous parents come up To me at the event to tell Me how great They were with all The kids and they hoped I Would hire them again for the next event we have. I could not recommend them more!
