Big Bounce was great to work with for my daughter’s party! They were communicative and responsive, setup and takedown was very smooth and so was the booking. The slide was in great condition and the kids had a total blast. They also included a tarp which was super helpful to make sure we didn’t have muddy ends by the pool! Will definitely use them again.

Would totally rent with Big Bounce Party Rentals again. The renting process was easy and their responses to my questions were quick! The kids loved the obstacle course! The delivery was so easy and the delivery team were very professional and pleasant. 10/10.

We had a great experience! We ordered the Captain America bounce with Stars and Stripes over the phone and within a couple of minutes, we got a good deal. The kids at our party couldn’t get out that thing the whole time! The gentleman who arrived to drop off and pick up our moonbounce was super friendly and easy going. He let my 4 yr old son help him put the moonbounce away and treated him with kindness. Thanks for a great turnout!

Big Bounce Rentals has become a birthday tradition for our daughter, and it never disappoints! Every year, we rent the largest water slide for her party, and it's always non-stop fun from start to finish. The entire process is seamless—from the easy online booking to the delivery and pickup. The team is consistently clean, courteous, and incredibly friendly. They take care of everything and always leave the space spotless, both before setup and after pickup. Thank you for another fantastic experience. We’ll definitely see you again next year!

We recently hosted an annual summer event and Big Bounce Party Rentals was the STAR of the show! The Tsunami Boulder Crush waterslide was so much fun!! Kids and adults had a blast going down splashing!! As a hostess, I heard nothing but laughs and saw nothing but smiles as guests continued getting in line to slide down!! I was so intrigued- I had to give the slide a try myself and I admit- I felt like a kid again! The staff was super friendly- and great with communication! I must give a SHOUT OUT to both Ty and Moses as they were the ones to set things up the morning of our party! They were both so professional and courteous and had such a great attitude while answering all of our questions in the July heat and humidity!! I highly recommend this company if you are looking for something to celebrate and to have lasting memories with friends and family - TRUST ME - you will not be disappointed!!
