JUST BOOK WITH BALLON DREAMS YOU DONT HAVE TO LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE LOL! But seriously I can’t say enough good things about our experience. From the beginning Nikki was very informative, communication was great and she asked all the right questions. I sent her inspo pictures and she exceeded what we wanted! Nikki was on time, set up everything with ease and went above and beyond. I will be using her for every event from this point forward🤍 thank you thank you thank you for making my baby shower so incredibly perfect!

See photos attached!!! I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend, who just had a baby, and chose this company because of their appealing advertised photos. I paid $65 for what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement delivered via DoorDash to the hospital. However, what I received was completely unacceptable and disappointing. The flowers were nothing like what was advertised. It was clear that they did not care about my order; it felt as though they just threw some wilted flowers in a vase and called it a day. The arrangement was sparse and definitely not the full, vibrant bouquet I expected. Given the significance of the occasion, I really wanted to send something special, and this experience has left me frustrated and sad. I regret not opting for a grocery store like Kroger instead. If you value quality and a thoughtful presentation, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

My husband and I hired Balloon Dreams for our baby shower and could not be more satisfied! They went above and beyond. The service, professionalism, and quality was top notch. They made a rendering of the design idea and we ended up doing the balloon decor, wooden backdrop and an oversized teddy bear. It was so cute and everyone loved it. Highly recommend you choose Balloon Dreams for your party needs.

Her work is immaculate! Everyone was blown away by the decor, but even better was the ease of working with Nikki. She was responsive, arrived on time, setup, and took down even when we had a last minute change to the breakdown time. I will choose her every time!
