I recently used Balloon and Party Service to create a special 1 of a kind Birthday arrangement for my 92 years young Aunt, Ms. Willie Brown. They didn't disappoint! When she received the arrangement, along with a fruit basket, she was overwhelmed. In my estimation, Balloon and Party Service is Charlotte's premier Event Service Company. Their creativity is unmatched, as well as their excellent Customer Service. Thank you Balloon and Party Service for making the Birthday of the Matriarch of our family truly special!!!

I highly recommend Balloon and Party Service they did an incredible job with the balloons for my husband’s 50th bday party. I had the number 50 with balloons and I also had 100 balloons inside which turned out to be gorgeous! I will use this service again without hesitation!!

I placed a huge balloon order for my mom’s birthday and let me just say I will without a doubt be a returning customer!! They went above and beyond with the balloons (it was actually better than the reference picture I showed) and made sure the set up/vision was executed as I hoped. I am also very appreciative of their patience with me. I recommend 100%. I would also like to shoutout Janine- thank you!

I'm shocked and disappointed by the abysmal customer service I received from Balloon Charlotte. We were in the midst of planning a grand opening event and I had reached out to them weeks in advance to inquire about their balloon services. They provided a quote and we began discussing the details. However, without warning or explanation, they simply stopped responding to my emails. I was left with no choice but to assume they were no longer interested in providing their services for my event. This level of disregard for a customer's time and business is appalling. It's not just unprofessional, it's rude. If they were no longer interested or able to provide their services, a simple courtesy email would have sufficed. As a business owner, I understand the importance of communication and customer service. Balloon Charlotte's failure to respond to my inquiries has left a lasting impression – and not a good one. I would advise others to think twice before doing business with a company that so blatantly disregards its customers.

If I could recommend less than a one star I would; however, that’s not possible on google. I emailed and called to confirm balloon colors days before the delivery. No one emailed back. I did get VERBAL confirmation THAT THE COLORS WERE SILVER, BLACK, GOLD for a MANS 29th BIRTHDAY. And then they gave me multicolor like a child. And instead of fixing the issue or suggesting a credit or a refund to make it right, she wanted to argue with me about what I know for a fact happened. So I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN WHILE IN CHARLOTTE.
