I cannot say enough about our experience with Rick and Rhaelee (“Rhae”) from aXis Productions and Events. While planning a four-day conference at the Renaissance Orlando with multiple breakout sessions, the venue’s in-house A/V quote was honestly shocking—and not in a good way. Having grown up around a nationwide production company, I know what quality looks like, and this wasn’t it. After researching local providers, aXis Pro stood out immediately. Even though Rick hadn’t worked at our venue before, he quickly understood the full scope of the event—flow, logistics, attendee experience, and presenter needs. As a Certified Meeting Professional, he doesn’t just price equipment—he designs the experience. That perspective is invaluable, especially if event planning isn’t your full-time role. Rick and Rhae are not only experts, but also incredibly calm, kind, and responsive. Rick shares his cell, responds quickly (even via text), and stays ahead of everything—removing stress before it even starts. Quite honestly, they made me look good. During the conference, they exceeded expectations: • On-site early every day and stayed through every session • Proactively coordinated presenters, transitions, sound, and lighting • Seamless mic handoffs that kept sessions polished and flowing • Added uplighting and draping that elevated the entire space • Adjusted lighting and music to match session tone (breaks, group work, etc.) They also handled last-minute requests flawlessly. At one point, with only 10 minutes’ notice, they set up power access throughout the room—completely safe, secured, and thoughtfully placed. No hesitation—just solutions. Rick had even spent hours onsite before the event (including a Sunday) walking the space and preparing with the venue team. He assured me they’d come prepared for anything—and they absolutely did. One detail that really stood out: Rick noticed the venue’s worn podium and, without being asked, brought in a beautiful clear podium that elevated the stage setup entirely. Throughout the event, they were always present but never intrusive—quietly anticipating needs and fixing things before I even had to ask. With multiple sessions and constantly changing requirements, there was never a “no”—only solutions. What truly sets Rick and Rhae apart is their mindset. They care. They anticipate. They take ownership. They treat your event like it’s their own. They didn’t just support our event—they elevated it beyond what I thought was possible.

I had the pleasure of working with Axis for a major event at Brevard Zoo in Brevard County, Fl. and I can't speak highly enough of their outstanding service. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. They oversaw all lighting, sound, and production on the main event space and the after-party stage. You can see from the pictures how spectacular everything was. Theme was "Under the Stars." Their team was incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the planning process seamless. They brought creative ideas to the table and executed everything flawlessly on the day of the event. The technical setup was top-notch, and the lighting and sound quality exceeded our expectations.
