First off, just save yourself the trouble of looking at other AV companies. This is the one to book. Let me tell you quick story… we had an event starting at 9am that required a board, 2 speakers, 2 handheld mics, and 2 lapel mics, and it wasn’t until about 11pm we realized we had forgotten everything back home (3 hour drive each way). We looked at every option we could think of, purchasing, borrowing, running back home - nothing was going to work. Then I decided to look up av companies. AV Upstate claimed to be open 24 hours, mind you it’s now 1:30am, so I called - and what do you know?? Shy answered!! He arrived right around 7:00am to set up the equipment and walk me through everything I needed to know. To say I was impressed would be the understatement of the year! The equipment was great, the thoughtful setup was amazing, but what pushed everything over the top was how calm and kind Shy was - I had absolute faith he would knock it out and he did!

By far one of the best vendors we worked with for our annual cultural event this past week. Shy was our point of contact..he is sweet, he listens, and he is quick with responses! he will find solution for everything. We met once and the rest of the communications was via phone and email. They absolutely delivered and our draping & lighting was wonderful. Great show by them!!

AV Upstate worked for MELA-2023 event for India Association of Greenville. Shy and his team were very immaculate in their preparation and arrangements of music and light. Everyone who attended the event had a word of praise for the entire set up. Much recommended..!!

Shy Singh is an amazing person to work with, he has more than 15 years of experience in Music… He was an jntegral part of the show we hosted. There was not even a single instance where we had problems with his setup. Shy Singh is a RockStar….!!
