a month agoWe engaged Astro Jump for the Eliminator for our youth group event. It was an amazing night! Astro Jump was professional, courteous and allowed plenty of time for set up. The operators were so easy to work with and made the entire evening a blast! They adjusted the speed and difficulty for the size of the students and everyone had a great experience!

During our year of planning, Astro Jump was so prompt and diligent in all their correspondence and in providing any needed information. We will definitely use them again!

a month agoWe rented two inflatables from this company and had such a great experience from start to finish. The delivery driver actually arrived earlier than the scheduled window, which made a huge difference in helping everything run smoothly and gave us extra time to enjoy the inflatables. He was polite, professional, and very efficient during setup. When it came time for pickup, he was just as prompt and had everything taken down quickly without any hassle. It was clear he knew exactly what he was doing. This isn’t our first time using this company, and once again they delivered excellent service. We’ve had zero complaints across multiple rentals, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional experience.

10 months agoMy employer requested that we reserve AstroJump for a department wide event. Leslie, the office manager, was thorough and responded in a prompt matter always. She has a pleasant tone and carefully explained their processes. On the day of the event, our driver Jacob was amazing. He communicated well and was sure to explain the Interactive Light Cone Race game to me. The overall experience was a 10/10. We will be using Astro Jump for all of our events in the future.
