I’ve been using AstroJump for years, and their service has always been top-notch—but they really went above and beyond recently. The morning of our event, I noticed a tear in one of the water slides. I called them, and without hesitation, they showed up on a Saturday morning with a sewing machine in hand to fix it on the spot! Total lifesavers. That kind of dedication and responsiveness is hard to find these days. Highly recommend—great products, even better people!

Service was great from start to finish. The staff was super responsive to my initial emails with questions and were helpful with breaking down the costs for different options I asked for. Very easy to work with as far as communicating where I wanted the tent set up. The reminder texts and updates were appreciated. Workers were friendly upon setting up and taking down. I'll be happy to recommend your company to family and friends who need rentals in the future. Thanks for helping to make an important day easier and less stressful!

Astro Jump was incredible to work with! They were the only place in the Kentuckiana area that would deliver to Downtown Louisville, they have a huge selection of products, they are fast and easy to work with, they are affordable, and their customer service was amazing. I used them for a work event which required a lot of communication and logistical needs, Astro Jump came through and made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend renting from them and I am so appreciative for their services! Thank you Astro Jump!

Astro Jump was top notch from start to finish! A huge selection of water slides and bounce houses to choose from, as well as a very simple booking, electronic payment and contract signing process. The set-up guys were on time, super friendly, and efficient. The water slide was in excellent condition, and not worn out, dirty, or torn. Astro Jump will call and confirm details with you the day before, and are very thorough. I highly recommend this company, and will be using them for any future events.
