This is the owner and president of Apex Tablecloth Rentals. The personnel that caused you such misery are no longer here. They worked for a management company that was contracted to run Apex for us. That contract was terminated in late June of 2012. I am very very sorry that you were treated so unprofessionally and I apologize for it. We are the founders and original owners of Apex Tablecloth Rentals and are back in control of the total operation once again. We strive to do the best job we can to serve our customers in a professional manner and to make the experience here at Apex a pleasant one. We have many new team members in the office and production area at Apex, and are all working together to put out the best possible product for brides and event professionals here on the coast.
