This party would not have been possible without the help of Altair Event Rentals. From helping us figure out the table cloth sizes to providing us with more than enough chairs they were truly helpful. The staff is friendly, they helped us load the chairs into our truck, the manager made sure we had everything we needed for this party to be a success. They truly go above and beyond. The owner Daniel made sure we had everything we needed for this gender reveal in Springfield Virginia to be a success. Thanks!

We are very happy to have worked with Altair for our wedding a few weeks ago! We were recommended by a friend, and it's no wonder that they have such a good reputation. Daniel was extremely helpful throughout the entire process (including brainstorming because we were planning the wedding ourselves) and always gave a prompt reply when we had a question or concern. We were even able to schedule a visit to see the items in person and discuss placement options before deciding what we wanted. Setup and teardown were extremely simple, with Altair completely handling the large items, including the tents and tables. It was such a big help to not have to worry about these things! Everyone was so helpful, and they even let us keep two of the chair bows to help us remember the big day! I highly recommend Altair for any type of event!

Highly Recommended – Excellent Service & Great Value! I recently rented chairs, tables, and chair covers from Altair Event Rentals located at 9860 Main St, Fairfax, VA 22031 for my daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Their customer service was very efficient, friendly, and professional. They always kept their promises and were available anytime I called with questions. Everything was delivered on time and exactly as discussed, which made the event planning stress-free. The chairs and tables were clean and high quality, especially the beautiful white chairs. They also have many great options for chair covers and linens, which made the setup look elegant and perfect for a Sweet 16 celebration. The pricing was very reasonable and truly a great value for the money. I will definitely rent from them again and highly recommend Altair Event Rentals to anyone planning a birthday party or family gathering. They helped make my daughter’s special day even more memorable!
