The owner is completely lying and very UNPROFESSIONAL when it came to responding to my last review so here is another one calling him out again!:) $500 for a two hour block, of which we got maybe 30min total of play. My best bud in the world had a surprise 40th bday party two weekends ago and his wife surprised him with two hours of the video game trailer. As 40 year old men, we were really excited about this since it allowed us nostalgia to our childhood. The trailer is beautiful, Xbox One, Playstation V, Switch... the works. The owner of the company was there and gave us the basic tour and explained there was no online play, which we understood and were fine with. He assured us that every game he had in the trailer was playable without internet. We told him the only game we truly cared about playing was Halo One multiplayer just like our childhood. He assured us everything was set up and good to go. He left and/or stayed in the truck the entire time while his employee stayed with us the entire two hours. That's when things went downhill... quickly. Controllers not charged, gaming systems not logged in, controllers not matched to corresponding systems, ano most every game we tried to play would not load because they require online access. Halo One took a little over 90min to load. We asked for Call of Duty while we waited, also not loaded. We tried for any local multiplayer while we waited... nothing loaded. Xbox harddrives too full to download any other games from discs. Multiple Xbox controllers that were digitally stuck in a single position rendering them unusable for the console, multiple controllers not charged, no batteries available on the truck to give them power. Other controllers were not matched to their systems. Nearly every single video game we tried to play instead either wouldn't load because of no internet, or the system was too full. System profiles wouldn't load past a home screen because no internet access. We ended up settling for a couple rounds of a fight game and a racing game, both of which kept pausing because "not connected to the internet" warnings. Spiderman single player was available. The employee was fantastic, apologized numerous times and even at one point said "sorry guys, we just can't seem to catch a break." He told us he'd talk to the owner. Halo finally loaded after 90+min, at which point we could only get three players on because the other controllers didn't work. The game paused every 60 seconds or so with a warning notice "Not connected to Xbox Live". My buddy's wife called the owner sometime in the next couple days and explained the whole situation. She wasn't looking for a full refund, just some sort of discount to make up for the lack of play and organization since it cost $500 for the two hours. The owner said to her "You're not getting your money back, sometimes you just get bad reviews." Well, sir, you got your wish. Bad reviews it is. He made other excuses about things like the controllers sit in the trailer so they can't always be charged, and he can't control what games can be played online or not. Yes, sir, you can. You even acknowledged this fact at the beginning and assured us that every game in his trailer was playable offline. The concept of the trailer is amazing, and I'm sure anyone would be excited to do it. But at $500 for two hours and only getting maybe a total of 25min of actual play just isn't worth it. What's worse is the owner's mentality that "I already have your money, so I don't care" Our friends can find a good time anywhere, but I feel mostly bad that my bud's wife was so excited to do this for her husband's 40th bday only to be let down by the experience by an owner who took advantage of a situation and could not begin to care less about anything after the check cleared. The owner also owns multiple other businesses in the area including Air Time Inflatables. Just be wary about doing business with an owner like this as he most likely treats his customers the same way across his other companies as well.

Owner is extremely unprofessional and does not put customers first. I would highly recommend choosing another small business to do rentals with. Even after the poor service, the owner gave the group attitude after his OWN employee brought the issues to his attention about the issues the trailer was having. The owner still had the audacity to post how β€œperfect” the event was without any permission.

We had a fantastic experience with Air-Time Inflatables! They were super quick and easy to book, which made planning our event a breeze. When we had to make a last-minute change due to rain, they were incredibly flexible and accommodating β€” a huge relief! The setup was smooth, and the kids had an absolute blast. Highly recommend them for any party or event β€” we’ll definitely be using them again!

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book?β–Ύ
For weekend summer events, book 3-4 weeks ahead. Last-minute bookings are sometimes available for weekdays. The earlier you book, the better your unit selection.
What's included in the rental?β–Ύ
Delivery, setup, takedown, and pickup are included. A continuous-run blower motor keeps the inflatable inflated throughout your rental period.
Do I need a power source?β–Ύ
Most inflatables require a standard 110V outlet within 50-100 feet. If your venue has no power, ask about generator add-ons.
Can inflatables be set up indoors?β–Ύ
Yes β€” many units fit in gyms, recreation centers, and large halls. Confirm ceiling height (minimum 15-20 ft) and floor surface with the rental company.
What is the weight/age limit?β–Ύ
Limits vary by unit β€” typically 400-800 lb capacity and up to age 12 for standard bounce houses. Always follow the posted limits for safety.
