Similarly to the other reviewers on here, I had a very disappointing experience with this tent rental company for my wedding. The tent was set up in the wrong location without any approval as the client. Instead of confirming placement directly with me, they relied on communication with the restaurant owner, who did not consult me. This significantly impacted the setup, the sentimental value of why we picked this venue, and the overall flow of our ceremony and reception. When I discovered the issue during my rehearsal dinner and called to address it, I was told that nothing could be moved. The representative I spoke with was dismissive and argumentative, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. After the event, I spoke with the owner, who declined to take responsibility and instead placed blame on both the venue and me for not being reachable. However, as the paying customer, I was never properly consulted on a major setup decision that directly affected my wedding. I accepted the mistake that was made from both this company and the venue but the difference was the treatment I received following it. The venue was incredibly apologetic and did several things to make up for the mistake. This company on the other hand, took no accountability. I did suggest that the owner add more points of contacts to every customer- a policy that should have already been in place. While they may have fulfilled their contract on paper, the lack of communication, flexibility, and accountability resulted in a poor customer experience. I would not recommend this company for important events where clear communication and client approval are essential.

Meghan & the staff were awesome!! Thank you so much for taking care of us for our daughter's wedding. You were sooooo helpful throughout the planning process and patient while we added &/or changed our mind on things. The guys that were setting up the tent were so friendly & helpful with decisions on the morning of the wedding. Love your professionalism & prices! Thanks for everything!

Meghan was always helpful in explaining things and returning calls. Morning of the wedding they were willing to run me out tent side walls as needed. Friendly crew as well. Highly recommend!

Great experience with this business, order was correct from start to finish, great interactions with all the staff. The man working the warehouse was really chill and loaded and unloaded everthing! Really friendly and chill people. Thanks for all your help with providing the equipment for my daughters 5th birthday party!
