My son 3rd birthday party was way better than expected. Well worth the money! Once my family and myself arrived, Carson our hostess took over leaving us with nothing to do but relax and enjoy ourselves. Kids had a ball with access to indoor and out play equipment. Will definitely plan future parties there!

Great place for kids birthday party's. Has inside and outside play areas so weather is never a problem. Bouncies, Rock climbing, swings, slides. They will serve pizza, popcorn, snow cones. They supply plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths. Kids all had a great time and stayed the whole 2 hours. Price was very reasonable and we didn't have to clean up the mess. Great place and outside play area is fenced in with a high fence.

My daughter had her party here and had a ball. So much to do inside and outside. All the kids enjoyed. I did not give it 5 stars because when I was told they would supply pizza I didn't think it would be little Cesaers. I don't know why I thought it was something cooked in house. I feel like I could have brought he pizza or hot dogs. I think that is something that should have been disclosed upfront. Other than that great party, I love having the building to ourself. Wish it was longer than 2 hours but worth it to see the smile on my daughter place. Owner was friendly, good customer service. I would book another party here again. I recommend it.

I rent a bounce house from Action Party Zone every year for my son’s birthday and he loves it! We are always happy with the product and the service! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to brighten up any kid special day!

We rented the party zone for my son's 3rd Birthday party. In March you never know what the weather will be so we found the indoor/outdoor play areas appealing. I wish I would have actually gone to the facility before renting and didn't rely on pictures only, but hindsight is 20/20. When you pull up the landscaping is quite uninviting and there was paint and things laying around. The building had plywood on the roof. Upon entering the lay out is confusing and unorganized. There is no music or anything. The young lady who was our "party host" did not introduce herself, show us the different play areas or anything. Additionally, I had spoken with a man a few hours before the party and I was told I could add the snow cone machine to the party package for an additional $19.99 and I could just tell them at the time of the party. So, I informed the man that was there when we arrived about adding it and he said "there's no ice we barely have enough ice for this drink machine". Unacceptable. There is no reason they couldn't have gone next door to Burger King for ice or the convenience store. At the very least offer an apology for this inconvenience and for not informing us ahead of time. The only decorations were worn out permanent decorations there were no balloons or anything and plain white plastic table cloths. The "host" stayed behind the counter througout the party and when I asked about the pizza she was on her cell phone and asked me to hold on a minute. The pizza was from little ceasers and was inside a heating mechanism like you would see at a gas station. The outdoor play area had a ladder that any of the kids could have knocked over, someone cut bushes and left stumps everyone thankfully none of the children hurt themselves on those. When we cut the cake we were given spoons and then we did get forks after most people already had the cake. Overall, we were very disappointed especially for the amount we paid for this "all inclusive party". I would not recommend this place for your party. There are much better places in town with better service and facilities at the same price point. This place is not worth the money spent at all.
