I have rented from ACS multiple times, and have never been disappointed. They are knowledgeable professionals ready to help you with any of your audio rental needs. Dido and Shelbi were always a pleasure to work with–always prompt, punctual, and professional. If I were not relocating, they would have my continued business. Thank you to everyone at ACS.

The worst customer service and all I would not recommend any one renting from them especially if you are a new renter. Well you didn’t state the policy over the phone or anything, so you business is lacking in that area. I stay over an hour from you guys and couldn’t make it so I had to send someone else. If you just clearly send the email like you promise or state the policy you would have been good. Like I said horrible business!!!!

ACS came out to the restaurant promptly for an appointment to review our AV issues. They quickly diagnosed our issue and recommended resolutions. They gave us a variety of options, sent a follow up email with links included. I couldn’t be happier knowing I can call them in the future if I have any other audio, visual or lighting issues!

Professional staff, great after hours help line. They make sure what they rent is up to par, and will come troubleshoot or replace equipment that has problems. If you aren't sure what exactly you need they are great at helping you figure out what you need, within your budget. They're also great to work with, and awesome to have running concerts, shows, and events. They don't disappoint!
