9 months agoI'm very impressed with these guys. They are customer oriented--super helpful and friendly. This place lacks the corporate smell; it has the family-business vibe all the way. But not the burned out, short-on-patience type of family business you occasionally run into. I'm talking the kind that makes you feel well taken care of the minute you walk into the place. Oh, and they had exactly the equipment I needed available for when I needed it and at a very reasonable price. I'll be bringing all my equipment rental needs to them.

9 months agoThe staff is outstanding and very helpful. My issue is after around 2 hours the chain on the saw popped loose. I tried to put it back on. When I went back the person who took it didn't offer to replace the saw or to put the chain back on for me. So I left with about 2 hours of rental time left on my contract and the project I was working on never was completed.

a year agoThe absolute best! We work with them several times through-out the year and it's the best service I have ever received from a rental company! The products they send out are always in the best working order and anytime there has been an issue they get it fixed right away! Thank you so much Jennifer for all the help!

2 years agoI used Best Rent-All for a corporate event. From the start of planning with Julie, to meeting Julie and Scott onsite to go over my ideas and logistics, they were a great team to work with. Provided a quote quickly and provided constant updates when modifications were made. The day of the event, the team was on time and worked swiftly to get 5 large tents, 20 high top tables, chairs and accessories setup just where I wanted it. Breakdown was as smooth as the setup. I've used Best Rent-All for other corporate events and will continue to do so!
